Returns

Customers have 30 days from their original order to initiate a return. Purchases made between October 1 and December 25 have an extended return period until January 23. All other terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy apply. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories, and tags/shoe boxes/packaging.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if you are returning an item for store credit, we will cover the cost of your return label. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If we have made a mistake on the order, email cs@broncowesternsupply.com or call us at +1 833-653-0011, and we will be happy to issue a return shipping label at no charge. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fees for the new item(s) to be sent back to you.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you do not specify that you would like store credit, the cost of the return label will automatically be deducted from your refund.

When submitting your return request, pleasein the note section indicate if you would like store credit; otherwise, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Special orders, drop shipments, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee or store credit only. Due to safety standards and regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: perfume/cologne, pharmacy items, books, computer software, bits, food items, dewormers, flea and tick topical treatments, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), and discontinued items. Personalized items are ineligible for exchange or return unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

Return Shipping Deadlines & Restocking Fees
If a return is not shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on top of the label price when the return is received. If the item is not shipped within 30 days from receipt of the return label, the label will expire, and the return request will be voided and closed.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:

  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  8. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund minus the return shipping.

Restocking fees

Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur charges to cover our losses. In these cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee charged for saddles is a MINIMUM of $25.

If a return is not shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on top of the label price when the return is received.

Processing fees

Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however, Bronco Western Supply Company does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.

Saddle return policy

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt, or use. The restocking fee charged for saddles is a MINIMUM of $25. A higher restocking fee may be assessed on saddles returned in not in new condition. We do not accept returns on used saddles.

Sale Items

Items marked down 50% or more or listed as FINAL SALE in their description are NON-RETURNABLE.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.

Price Matching and Adjustments

Please be advised that we do not offer price matching or price adjustments on our products. Our prices are established based on various factors to ensure the best possible value and quality. We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of our brand.

Damages or shortages to shipment

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
